• All items in the Something Beautiful collection are handmade by our resident designer and as such are subject to slight variation. All photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article. Every care is taken to craft each item in the manner it is presented.
  

• Due to certain components used in the construction of  Something Beautiful designs they are unsuitable for small children and should be kept out of reach at all times. Parental supervision is strongly recommended.
  

• In the event that you should need to return an item it must be sent within 7 days of receipt. A full refund, excluding postage & packaging will be refunded once we have ascertained that the item(s) is in an unworn condition and suitable for resale.  

• When making your order we ask for your wedding date, returns are NOT accepted after the wedding date! This is due to previous abuse of our goodwill and to any in the future.

• Please email us BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will provide you with an Authorization number via email as soon as possible.
  We will not process items without prior contact.

• Returned items must be received by us in perfect and unworn condition and sent by insured post, along with all packaging. Something Beautiful cannot be held responsible for non-received returns. Please insure that returns are packaged accordingly. We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping.

• Custom or customized orders* are neither refundable nor returnable. Please also note that Earrings and Sale Items are Not Returnable and cannot be returned nor exchanged. *Customized orders are items that require colours or materials that are not normally offered by Something Beautiful and as such must be specially ordered. It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain that colours chosen are correct at the time of purchase. If in doubt please request a colour sample.
  

• Your tiara purchase * will be handcrafted in the order that it has been received.
  *While we strive to be as efficient as possible this may take 3-4 weeks, in exceptionally busy periods up to 6 weeks. Though we will inform you, if this is the case. Always order your tiara well in advance to avoid disappointment. Should you require a rush delivery please contact us first to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
  

• The quoted price of each item is suggestive of the materials listed in its description. Modifications to a design may affect the price of the item in question. Please e-mail for a price quote prior to ordering.
