For those of you who want to know what happens behind the scenes when you order your tiara, here is the process broken down… 1) We at Something Beautiful will receive an email notification from Pay Pal*, informing us that you have purchased your tiara. *Pay Pal is our chosen online payment system 2) We will email you with a confirmation that we have received your tiara order. Any queries should be dealt with at this time or even before you have ordered your tiara. 3) Your tiara purchase will be handcrafted in the order that it has been received. *While we strive to be as efficient as possible this may take 3-4 weeks, in exceptionally busy periods up to 6 weeks. Though we will inform you, if this is the case. Always order your tiara well in advance to avoid disappointment. 4) Once your tiara order has been completed, we will post it to you shipping and handling free. 5) When we post your tiara, you will receive a notification email. This is to inform you that your tiara has been sent, along with an approximate time frame of when you should expect to receive your package in the mail. *Please remember what the postal service say and what they do can be 2 different things.
