1. Does Something Beautiful have a mail order catalogue?

No, due to constant additions to our online catalogue it is just not feasable to provide printed materials.

2. How can I be sure that my headpiece matches my gown?

We like to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, if you are at all unsure whether a particular tiara is right for you please contact our bridal experts and we will do our utmost to ensure the tiara you choose is perfect for your big occasion.

You can also request a free colour sample of crystals and/or pearls to ensure a correct colourmatch.

3. Can I customize my tiara or jewellery?

Yes. Unless specified as a one of a kind piece all tiaras and jewellery are made to order and as such can be made to your specifications.
Please contact us before hand to discuss your requirements.

One of a kind pieces are As Seen and as such cannot be customized. In some cases a similar design may be crafted for you.

4. What does the “AB” in crystal descriptions mean?

AB refers to Aurora Borealis.
Part of the crystal has been treated with a non removable AB "rainbow-coloured" coating. The bead still appears to be clear but the AB coating reflects the light in an array of colours.

5. What crystal & pearl colours are available to me?

We have colour charts in the menu to the right showing the Pearl & Crystal colours that we endeaver to keep in stock at all times.
Please enquire if you have a colour choice that is not listed. Periodically other colours are available or can be special ordered.

6. I would like a mix of colours, is this available?

Yes, we can help in choosing colours that compliment each other.
We love mixing and matching colours! Just ask and we will email you with colour combinations we think will suit.

7. Can I have a colour in my tiara that is not on the list?

Yes. Some designs are listed as only avail in Crystal AB. These designs may be able to have coloured crystals added*, if you are in doubt about a certain design please contact us to see what options are available.

*This may be considered a custom design. Custom designs may not be returned for a refund, but can be altered to your needs. An extra fee for alterations may apply in some cases.

8. Will changing the crystals or pearls affect the price?

The addition of crystals, semi-precious gemstones or pearls in tiaras that do not list these as choices may incur a charge as detailed below.
In the case that you request a colour or colour wash (AB or AB2X) or other stone or pearl that has to be special ordered a small fee may be levied.

These charges usually range from $5.00- $40.00.

Periodically we have other colours available in stock that are not listed, if this is the case then there usually is no extra cost.

9. I would like my tiara made in sterling silver!

Any of our items can be made with sterling silver or gold filled wire, just ask and I will get back to you with a quote.

Some items can be ordered as a convertible tiara*, this option automatically comes in sterling silver.
All jewellery is made with either sterling or gold filled findings.

* A convertible tiara is a piece that can be worn as a headpiece on your wedding day and then worn as a choker long after.

10. Can you copy another designers tiara for me?

Out of respect for fellow artists and due to copyright laws we cannot create an exact duplicate of an existing design. However, we should be able to point you towards designs in our collections that are similar, or we can create a design reminiscent of the one you love.

11. Can you provide tiaras for others in my party?

We can provide replicas or complimentary designs for any of our tiaras and crowns, for the whole bridal party, in the normal size or smaller.

12. I need my tiara immediately, can you rush my order?

If we have all necessary materials and a production schedule that allows the time then we will be happy to do this for you. If you need your design completed and shipped within 1 week, please add a rush order fee of $30 to your order.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that your design is available for rush ordering. Some designs may include materials that are not in stock and therefore not available to ship immediately.
